Using tiny tools to work through these incisions, Dr. DiGeronimo carefully removes excess skin, and readjusts tissues below the skin for a pleasing aesthetic effect. The incisions are closed and you can go home the same day (the entire process only takes an hour or so.)

Preparing for a brow lift

To get ready for a brow life, you should:

Stop smoking
Discuss all medications and health supplements with Dr. DiGeronimo
Stop taking blood thinners with approval from your primary care doctor
Avoid alcohol during the days surrounding your surgery
Have someone ready to drive you home after your procedure

Dr. DiGeronimo will go over the surgery with you and give you any additional instructions.

After your brow lift

When your brow lift is complete, you will recover for a short while and then you can be driven home by a friend or family member. Dr. DiGeronimo will see you for a follow-up, and you can expect stitches to come out within a week or two.
