The Artist

Cees Penning
Born and raised in Holland and graduated from the Graphic Academy in Amsterdam. Had his own photo-retouching studio in New York for 25 years, and had all the major cosmetic companies as clients.
His work consisted of perfecting the models apperance in the photographs, which were used in the cosmetic companies ads.
With the permanent make-up he has an international clientele and works also with people in the movie and television industry.

Beside his permanent make-up, he is also an award winning International Realistic make-up artist.

EYEBROWS
Having a better shape, more elegant looking eyebrow, will give a beautiful dramatic change to the face, more than any other make-up application.

The way I shape and do the permanent make-up to the eyebrows will give the impression that you had an eye lift surgery and give you a younger looking appearance.

With the hair-like structure technique I use, I am able to create the ultimate natural looking eyebrows.

EYELINER
Very important is the shape of the top eyeliner. By making the top liner a bit wider and higher at the end of the lid, gives the appearance as if the eyes are larger and had a lift.

I start the lash in the eyelash area, which gives it the idea as if your eyelashes are fuller at the base.

For the lower eyelid I don't recommend a line, because it gives the appearance as if the eye looks smaller, but instead I create lines between your own eyelashes, which looks if you have more eyelashes and will also look more natural.

LIPLINER
This procedure will give the appearance as if you have fuller lips, especially when the line is applied slightly outside the natural lip line.

The technique I use for lip liner, is by making the line softer to the inside of the lip. which gives it a more natural look.
I don't recommend a full lip procedure, because it gives an artificial look to the lips.

FAQ

How long will permanent Make-up last?
All colors will fade in time, but in average a touch-up is required about every 2-4 years depending on your skin-type, the exfoliation process and body chemistry to keep the treated area in optimun shape.
A touch-up will be 1/3 of the original price.

Are the procedures painful?
There is a minimal pain involved, because for lip-liner a dental block is used, for the eyebrows an anesthetic injection and for the eyeliner an aesthetic cream to minimize any discomfort during the procedure.

How safe is it?
All the pigments are FDA approved and range from light to dark in any color used for each procedure and the needles used for each procedure are for a one time use only.

What is involved n the recovery?
There will be a slight swelling and redness after the procedure.
Lip liner and eyeliner takes in general one day for the swelling to come down.
You can resume to all your normal activities after you had the procedure.
